HR & Admin Manager
Job Description :
1) Manager the entire spectrum of HR functions, including Recruitment & Staffing, Manpower Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and Training & Developments.
2) Develop and formulate HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
3) Handle and provide advice on disciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances, transfers, termination and other employee relations matters.
4) Oversee the office management and administration matters.
5) Identify, develop and implement appropriate learning and development programs for staff.
6) Provide support in other areas of human resources and assist in ad hoc projects as required.
Requirement :
1) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in human resources Management, Business Management or any relevant discipline.
2) With 3 – 5 years’ relevant working experience in managerial capacity.
3) Good written and verbal communications skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
4) Able to interact effectively with different level of employees.
5) Good leadership abilities, initiative, meticulous and able to work independently.
6) Well versed and familiar with Labour Law & Employment Act.
7) Based in Kota Putri Masai, Johor.
8) Full time position.

HR & Admin Executive
Job Description :
1) Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources and Administrative role.
2) Preparation of monthly report.
3) Assist in HR Management System (recruitment, orientation, training & development, payroll, compensation & benefit, foreign worker application, procedures & policies and etc).
4) Provide Admin operations support (stationery, office expenses, staff welfare & insurance, fleet maintenance & documentation and etc).
5) Assists in implementing employee benefits program and ensure compliance with policy and procedure.
6) Other HR & Admin functions as and when assigned from time to time.
Requirement :
1) Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources / Admin or equivalent.
2) With 3 years relevant working experience in HR/Admin.
3) Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
4) Good in co-ordination, follow up and communication skill.
5) Conversant with Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act, and any other statutory regulations.
6) Computer literate.
7) Strong sense of responsibility. Discipline & commitment.
8) Based in Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor.
9) Full Time position.
